Lahore, Pakistan:Â Civil War is inevitable for Revolution in Pakistan. Addressing on Yum-e-Shuhada (Day of Martyrs) he gave example of France revolution and Freedom war of United States stating that revolution always needs sacrifices.
“If I am assassinated, my followers must kill Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and his entire family and cabinet”, he said
He directed his followers to keep coming to Lahore for next three days and then Inqlaab March will start on August 14 and will join Azadi march of PTI. He said that nobody would come back from Islamabad without changing the government and if someone come back from Islamabad — then kill him who leave us alone in Islamabad.Â
He claimed he is against Martial Law and will not accept any Martial Law in the country.  He said he wants an end to all conspiracies against democracy and Pakistan Army.

He directed his followers to respond any aggression against them by the police with full force. he also asked police officials to leave the support of Punjab government and joined his revolution.
He directed his followers to stay outside his home for next three days— till August 14 Independence Day when Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaaf (PTI) is also protesting against sitting government all over the country. but he said that his followers will keep peaceful and his struggle will continue as peaceful for revolution within the parameter of democracy. he said that in spite of state terrorism he would remain non-violent. He said that he wanted to bring true democracy in Pakistan.
His speech in English was different from his speech in Urdu. In Urdu he asked his workers to ready for revolution as it was in Untied States and France and asked them to fight against any attempt for arresting him with their blood and soul but his English speech was totally different sayings that he and his followers will remain peaceful in any circumstances. In English speech he said that his narrative about Qisas (he demanded eye for eye head for eye during his last speech) and said that he believed in court of laws of Pakistan and wanted justice for his killed workers through courts not through Qisas. He said:
Our peaceful revolution is democratic, legal and constitutional. We condemn terrorism in its forms and manifestations.
He sad that Constable Muhammad Ashraf whose FIR has been registered against him was died in traffic accident not by his followers.
He claimed that his 25,000 workers have been arrested and some of his women workers are also disappeared and he did not know where they were.
He narrated the history of Imam Hussein and the scene of Karbala and said his followers that they can leave him alone or stay with him and said that followers of Hussian did not leave him alone although Hussain asked them that they could go and leave him to fight alone with Yazid.
He said brutality had reached its all heights and now brutal system would be changed. Revolution is not a joke. You have to sacrifice and fight for Revolution. Civil War is inevitable for Revolution and nation has to fight this war and give sacrifices for revolution.
He gave example of civil wars of United States and France. But he asked his followers to be peaceful. He claimed that he had information that he would be killed and told his followers that if he would be killed then his followers must follow his path and bring revolution to this country. He said he will continue to for revolution and told his followers to stay outside his home till such time he changed the government through revolution.
He said:
I will sacrifice his life for poor of the country, farmer of Pakistan, for daughters of the nation. I am fighting a war of revolution for the oppressed, traders, farmers, and the poor people of Pakistan.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, Chairman of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) who announced August 10 as Yum-e-Shuhada (Day of Martyrs) on August 3 for his those workers who were killed in police firing on June 17, converted this Day of Martyrs for Shuhada of Pakistan Army those who died in Operation Zarb-e-Azb
Starting his speech here at Model Town Lahore he said he observed Day of Martyrs of Pakistan Army who lost their lives in Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
His Dua (Pray) was attended by thousands of women and men and he prayed for the betterment of Pakistan and for change of government in Pakistan.
He prayed All Might Allah to finish the government of Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and his family. He wanted distribution and devolution of administrative power at district level.
