The havoc caused by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic around the world has paralyzed almost the entire global system, bringing life to a standstill but uncertainty about the fate of the virus yet prevails.

The deadly virus has so far engulfed 149 Countries and claimed 5,547 lives while further 69,665 infected patients still remain under treatment in quarantine, and of whom 5,686 are reportedly critical. Whereas 73,710 Coronavirus-infected patients have recovered.

The epidemic triggered enough health concerns that many Countries including the United States went out to declare Health Emergency, suspended international flights, shut their borders, halted educational activities, imposed bans on public gatherings, and issued advisories, etc all as part of precautionary measures to prevent the widespread of the Coronavirus.

With 3,189 deaths, China remains atop among all Coronavirus-affected Countries followed by Italy with 1,266 deaths.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has suffered 611 deaths, Spain 136, France 79, South Korea 72, the United States 50, Japan 21, Switzerland 13, United Kingdom 11, Netherlands 10, Iraq 10, Germany 8, Philippines 8, San Marino 5, Belgium 4, Indonesia 4, Hong Kong 4, Australia 3, Greece 3 while Sweden, Egypt, India, Poland, Argentina, Bulgaria have witnessed 2 deaths each.

Besides one person each in Norway, Austria, Canada, Ireland, Thailand, Taiwan, Albania, Luxembourg, Panama, Ecuador, Azerbaijan, Morocco, Ukraine, Guyana, and Sudan have also died of the virus.

Meanwhile, Pakistan luckily hasn’t yet witnessed any death of COVID-19 but the Coronavirus Cases toll has now amounted to 29.
