LAHORE, Pakistan: The Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) is conducting a Seminar on “Citizenship Rights (Nationality) in the Mirror of Fundamental Human Rights” in Lahore on Thursday under the project “Advocacy for Religious Freedom in Pakistan”.
The Seminar will be held in collaboration with the Information Technology University (ITU) in Lahore.
The attendees of the Seminar will be lawyers, journalists, activists, educationists, opinion makers.
In the Seminar, Wajahat Masood and Usama Malik will shed lights on “The Scope of Citizenship in International Law (Law related to refugees, displaced persons and Geneva Conventions).”
Khalid Ahmed and Asad Jamal will speak on “International Migration; Crises and Response” while Dr Taimur Rehman in his address will talk about the “The politics of Exclusion Land and population”.
The Seminar will also have Question/Answer Sessions with the Executive Director CSJ Peter Jacob and Speakers.
