First of all take 1kg of mutton and marinate it with its above mentioned ingredients and also add 2 cups of yoghurt, 2tbsp of ginger, garlic paste and salt. Now put marinated mutton in a pan, left it for cooking till mutton dries. Then add 4 cups of water and cook the mutton again till mutton is tender. Add already prepared grinded mixture was being used as mutton gets tender and also add 2tbsp of Ghee. Shimmer till done. Now ready to enjoy with simple rice and Naan.
