ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Babar Yaqoob Fateh Muhammad on Wednesday inaugurated the newly established Media Centre at the ECP’s Secretariat in Islamabad.
The Media Centre has been established to facilitate journalists for ensuring effective and transparent coverage of ECP.
The representatives of both print and electronic media participated in the ceremony, according to a press release.
The Secretary ECP said that the Commission consider media to be one of the most important stakeholders to achieve the goal of transparent and fair electoral processes to meet the aspiration of the nation.
