ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has drafted its second five-year strategic plan to strengthen the electoral processes.
The ECP prepared the draft plan in consultation with all the stakeholders and has sent it to heads of all mainstream political parties, chairmen of parliamentary standing committees, NGOs and other stakeholders for their suggestions.
