ISLAMABAD: According to a media report, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has taken notice of Imran Khan’s speech in which he criticized Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif.
Sources said the ECP will review the draft of Imran Khan’s speech he delivered in Bahawalpur on Saturday. ECP on Friday asked the political parties and contesting candidates avoid personal attacks against their rivals during their election campaign and strictly observe the code of conduct. The ECP issued this statement here after a letter from President Asif Ali Zardari about the criticism directed against him by some political parties.
