ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that several European Countries are desirous to make investments in Pakistan as a result of our economic diplomacy.

Talking to the Chairman of EU-Pak Friendship Federation Chaudhry Pervez Iqbal Losar who met at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on Monday, the foreign minister said that the government has launched economic diplomacy to g the foreign investors about investment opportunities in Pakistan and the government’s business-friendly policies.Shah Mahmood Qureshi - The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that several European Countries are desirous to make investments in Pakistan as a result of our economic diplomacy. Talking to the Chairman of EU-Pak Friendship Federation Chaudhry Pervez Iqbal Losar in Islamabad on Monday, the foreign minister said that Pakistan has launched economic diplomacy to apprise the foreign investors about investment opportunities in Pakistan and the government's business friendly policies. Reaffirming the government's commitment to address the problems of Overseas Pakistanis including those in the Europe on a priority basis, the minister said that Overseas Pakistanis are our precious asset who have always open heartedly supported Pakistan in difficult times including in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The foreign minister said that we are striving to improve exports to cope with the adverse impact of Coronavirus. Separately, the Chairman of Saylani Welfare Trust Maulana Bashir Farooqui also met the Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Islamabad and discussed the Coronavirus situation in the Country.
