ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday said there were facts regarding sit-in – staged by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) outside the Parliament House in 2014 – which would be made public soon.
“I have a lot of facts regarding 2014 sit-in,” Nawaz Sharif said while holding informal talks with media representatives at the Accountability Court in Islamabad.
Nawaz Sharif said today I wanted to ask where was the writ of the government and the Parliament. He said there were three pillars of the State while one of them was dominant.
The former prime minister said the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Sindh was granting exemption to everyone.
In reply to a question, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Quaid said Asif Ali Zardari’s statement was published in newspapers and he had responded to him.
Earlier Nawaz Sharif along with her daughter Maryam Nawaz reached the Accountability Court for hearing of Avenfield Properties Reference against Sharif family.
