ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The federal government has allocated Rs 5188.442 million for the ongoing and new schemes of Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) under the Public Sector Development Project (PSDP) for the fiscal year 2017-18.

According to budgetary documents, a total of Rs 599.822 million has been earmarked for ongoing and new schemes for physical planning and housing.

A total of Rs 1905.151 million has been allocated for the new and ongoing schemes of Health. Rs 199.762 million has been earmarked for the establishment of unit for shredding sterilization and disposal of medical waste at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University and Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad.

Beside this, Rs 2683.469 million has been earmarked for ongoing and new schemes for Education in Islamabad.

Rs 1742 million allocated for renovation/rehabilitation of physical infrastructure of 200 educational institution under the Prime Minister Education Sector Reforms programme in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
