RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The German Ambassador to Pakistan Ina Lepal called on the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif at the army’s general headquarters in Rawalpindi on Thursday.
In a press release, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that during the meeting, matters of mutual interest including defence cooperation between Pakistan and Germany came under discussion.
The ambassador appreciated Pakistan Army’s achievements and sacrifices for peace and stability in the region.
