The ICP Smart Services Portal is an online platform used by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai to manage visa applications and related services.

If an applicant has applied for a visa in Dubai, he/she can use the ICP Smart Services Portal to check the status of hiss/her visa application. Here’s how:

  • Go to the ICP Smart Services Portal website.
  • Click on the “Track Application” option.
  • Enter your visa application number and the Country of nationality.
  • Enter the verification code and click on “Submit.”

The applicant will then be able to see the status of his/her visa application, whether it’s still being processed, approved, or rejected.
