Huawei Y7 prime 2019 Review
Hey, Huawei y7 prime 2019 has been released. It is the third edition of Huawei y7 series. Its first edition was released in 2017 and third edition is released few days back. People are curious about it. They have many questions in their mind related to this latest Huawei’s gadget.

Design
- It is a good looking phone, having glass and metal sandwich design.
- Its dimensions are 158.9*76.91*8.10 mm and weight is 168 g.
- Finger-print scanner is present.
- Curved rear cover with polished ceramic-like texture, makes it easier to handle.
- The rear side is shiny but it also depends on the color you choose.
- 5mm headphone jack is present at the top.
- Faux speaker setup is present at the bottom.
- Dual slim-slots are present.

Usually, the pixel count of the rear camera is more than front facing the camera. But, it is not the case in Huawei y7 prime. It has dual 13 MP + 2MP rear cameras and front camera of 16 MP! At the rear side on the top left corner LED flashlight is present.
Dual rear cameras are used for Artificial intelligence. Huawei claims that Y7 prime is able to recognize up to 500+ scenes with 22 labels in real time. It means every photo will be optimized in real time. It makes the camera’s result much better.
It also performed well in low light. Additionally, you can unlock it with a glance. Face unlock 2.0 can unlock this gadget from multiple angles which makes it quite safe.
So, overall we can say that the camera result of Y7 prime is good!
Performance
It has 32GB internal storage and 3GB RAM. Snapdragon 450 is powering the phone. This combination makes it quite fast. It is running on Android 8.1, Oreo, with EMUI 8.2 layered on top.
Additionally, memory can be expanded up to 512GB by using microSD card. But, obviously, it is not suitable for hardcore gamers. Heavy games like PUBG can affect its performance.
In this price range, only Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a better processor than Y7 prime. But, y7 prime also has a bezel-less display.
Display
Y7 prime other specifications are good too but basically, its better display is distinguishing it from other smartphones.
6.26-inches display with HD+ screen resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels is making it quite impressive. Aspect ratio has been increased from 18:9 to 19:9, the reason is obvious i.e. dewdrop notch at the top.
Other smartphones having the same price range aren’t good enough regarding brightness, contrast, and saturation. But, Y7 prime is an exception!
Battery
It has a 4000 mAh battery with Artificial intelligence power saving technology. Huawei claims that it would be enough for 48 hours. It is really a great challenge for its competitor smartphones!
Price of Huawei Y7 Prime 2019
Now, ultimately coming towards the price part. In Pakistan, its price is Rs 29,000. It means it is the mid-range smartphone. But, the specifications of Huawei y7 prime are really making it favorable among others.
