ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rasheed on Friday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan should avoid going to the United States because of his shameful acts.
In a statement issued on Friday, the minister said that Imran Khan cannot travel to America and even if he goes, with what face he will speak to Americans, because his name has appeared in offshore.
The minister said more importantly American courts have called on him on his “Gunaah-e-Kabeera.”
As a result, Pakistan and the ordinary Pakistanis will be taken negatively, characterless and ridiculed because of Imran Khan, he said adding such shameful actions are accepted nowhere, especially in foreign countries like the United States.
Pervaiz Rasheed has requested Imran Khan to never go to America to represent the Pakistani nation because American courts will call on him to appear before them, “Hazir Ho Jao Imran Khan.”
The minister also asked Imran Khan to fear Allah and speak only the truth.
He said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s name is not listed in Panama leaks. However, Imran Khan and his cronies including Jahangir Tareen’s name has appeared in offshore companies, he added.
