KARACHI: Information Minister Arif Nizami has said the electronic media has an extremely crucial role to facilitate free‚ fair and transparent elections.
Talking to members of Pakistan Broadcasters Association in Karachi he hoped that television channels will discharge their obligations with sense of responsibility and impartiality.
The Minister also expressed the confidence that the media will comply with code of ethics announced by the Election Commission.
