ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Dr Fazl Chaudhry on Friday said construction work on Islamabad Citizen Club in F-9 Park would complete, this year.
Replying to a Calling Attention notice raised by Muhammad Javed Abbasi regarding the delay in completion of Islamabad Citizen’s Club in F-9 Park, the Minister said the PC-1 had been revised of the project which featured a number of facilities for the citizens.
He said though project suffered some delays in past, but now, he added work was going in smooth manner and the Capital Development Authority (CDA) had tasked its engineering department to go ahead with the project.
The minister also informed that presently no proper trauma centre existed in the PIMS which had to deal with around 4000 trauma related cases and its number was gradually growing, the Minister added.
However, he added, in emergency unit a trauma centre had been formed, but solid measures would be made to construct a state-of-the-art trauma centre which could cater to the growing requirements.
