Israeli farmers located within a 40-kilometer radius of the Gazan border will be compensated for damages to their agricultural plots
Monitoring Desk–Tel Aviv: Israeli Agriculture Minister Yair Shamir and Finance Minister Yair Lapid have said that farmers located within a 40-kilometer radius of the Gazan border will be compensated for direct and indirect damages to their agricultural plots.
Farmers are able to file loss claims with the Tax Authority. Farmers can agree to receive compensation for 10 to 15 percent of their losses without submitting proof of damage and they will get immediate relief while those farmers who think their crops are severely damage and wish to receive greater compensation amounts would provide documentation that monitor their specific losses as well as present their typical income, by means of a lawyer and bank statements.
