KARACHI: A lawyer and a policeman among six others were killed in various incidents of target killing in Karachi on Thursday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on 11 October, 2012.
In the first incident, four men, riding on motorcycles, shot an advocate and his client to death just opposite Ship Owners College in Block-H of North Nazimabad in Shahra-e-Noorjhan police remit.
Assistant Sub Inspector was sprayed with bullets by two men just outside his residence in Kunwari Colony in Mauripur police limits when he was just going to his duty. Likewise, unidentified men, riding a motorcycle, intercepted the vehicle of a young man and shot him to death near the Native Jetty Bridge in Baghdadi police area while he was going to his shop.
In another incident, a person was fired upon and seriously injured by motorcyclists in Lee Market, Baghdadi police limits, while he was standing outside his residence. While in a sectarian attack, a person was shot dead by motorcyclists near the Power House Chowrangi in the New Karachi police limits.
