For the past few months, KIA Sportage 5th generation is in talks. The primary reason behind it is the camouflaged images of the SUV seen publically. While these images went viral, there was no official word about the new model to surface any time soon.
However, KIA has now officially put some light on the exterior and interior of the 5th generation Sportage. From the very minor design details that can be seen in the revealed images, you can see the futuristic design of the SUV. As reported, the new Sportage will reflect KIA’s new identity as a brand.

Expected Powertrain
As of now, the company has not revealed any technical or design details of the car. The initial images are just the teaser of the upcoming model, However, it looks like KIA will observe the conventional petrol 2L Inline 4 MPI engine. Some of the variants may also have a 2.5L engine configuration and hybrid options as well. It is too early to say if these engine options will also be offered in Pakistan.
International Launch
Based on the reports, KIA may launch the 5th generation of Sportage in the international market within the upcoming few weeks. The sales of the car are expected to happen by the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022 in the global market.
