PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government led by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has approved a number of development projects costing over Rs778 million to uplift of various sectors across the province.
The projects include rehabilitation of flood-hit infrastructure in the province at a cost of Rs500 million and construction of a building for special Education Institute at Haripur at an estimated cost of over Rs68 million.
Similarly, the government has also planned to develop Fisheries and Aquaculture sectors in the province on which work will start very soon.
The provincial government has planned to establish a Carp Fish Hatchery at district Swabi at an estimated cost of Rs100 million for management of fisheries resources in Tarbela and Khanpur Dams.
