LAHORE, Pakistan: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has been asked to declare the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s call for a civil disobedience movement as unconstitutional.
In a petition filed in the high court by advocate Kashif Sulaimani on Monday, it was stated that Imran Khan’s mental abilities were impaired. He requested that not only the PTI chairman’s mental examination be carried out but a case should be registered against him for issuing rebellious statements.
The petitioner asked the LHC to issue an order against the civil disobedience movement.
