KARACHI: In order to lodge a protest against deteriorating law and order situation in Lyari, the residents of the area took to the streets on Thursday blocking main Maripur road and setting ablaze three trucks.
Traffic was suspended due to disturbance on the main Maripur road leading to massive gridlock.
Protestors were pelting stones on cars and they also torched three transport vehicles.
