LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Punjab chief Mian Manzoor Wattoo has quit his post over party’s failure to grab sufficient seats from Punjab in May 11 general elections.

Meanwhile, another PPP senior leader Aitzaz Ahsan on Tuesday offered to resign from his Senate seat following PPP’s defeat in Lahore.
