ISLAMABAD: A spokesperson of Meteorological Office said that rains will continue intermittently during the next twenty four hours.
He said Gujrat has received the highest rainfall of 136 mm.
In Islamabad and Rawalpindi‚ rains that started in the wee hours of morning‚ inundated roads and low lying areas. 104 mm rain was recorded in Rawalpindi and 96 mm in Islamabad.
According to Rawalpindi’s flood control center‚ water level rose to 10.4 feet at Gawal Mandi Nulleh Lahi while Nullah Leh at Katarian is flowing at 6.3 feet.
