ISLAMABAD: Minister for Planning‚ Ahsan Iqbal has said that energy problem is the major hurdle in economic growth of country.
In the statement while addressing in seminar he said the government had crossed 16‚000 Megawatts electricity production mark.
The Minister said that coal-based Gadani power project will be completed in three and a half years and Thar Coal Project would be completed on fast track basis in collaboration with China.
