ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chief of Jamiat Uleme-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Wednesday said they would hold a huge convention of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) at Minar-i-Pakistan in Lahore on May 13.
While addressing the MMA Workers Convention in Islamabad, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said new leadership of MMA — an alliance of religio-political parties — would united the entire nation.
The JUI-F Chief said religious parties exercised unity, adding MMA had the right to rule. “We want to teach lesson of love and eradicate hatred,” he said.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said the people were not given their due rights. He said rulers gave nothing except crisis to the Country during the last 70 years.
“We are starting journey with new zeal and fervor,” the JUI-F Chief said.
In his address at the Convention, the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Sirajul Haq said a political leader didn’t teach corruption to the people. He said a political leader didn’t disperse the nation.
“We are not doing politics of hatred. Our fight is against moral and economic corruption,” Sirajul Haq said.
The JI Chief said they wanted eradicate unemployment from the Country. He said they wanted the Islamic System in the Country.
