In Pakistan, pollution has been a significant environmental issue, leading to respiratory problems, cardiovascular diseases, and other health issues.

Major Cities including Lahore, Peshawar, and Karachi among others have been experiencing air pollution for a while now, primarily due to vehicular exhaust, industrial emissions, and the burning of crop residues & garbage etc.

The following cities as reported by Live Air Quality Index (AQI) City Ranking are considered as the top 10 most polluted Cites in Pakistan.
