ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau on Thursday quizzed Dr Asim Hussain, former advisor to the prime minister on petroleum, in OGRA reference case.
According to details, Dr Hussain appeared before NAB officials in Rawalpindi. Sources said that investigators asked three questions from the former advisor.
Sources said that the advisor was asked that who recommended the appointment of Tauqir Sading as chairman of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority. Investigators also asked him that who authorized free gas supply to Ziauddin Hospital besides on whose directives gas theft was allowed from Kunar Besakhi gas field in Sindh.
Sources said that NAB investigators would submit their report based on the interrogation with Dr Hussain to the Rawalpindi accountability court.
