ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chairman National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Muhammad Tariq Malik called on the Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Sajid Hussain Turi in the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development on Thursday.
During the meeting, the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resources pointed out the issues and difficulties faced by expatriates in accessing NADRA services.
Overseas Pakistanis are a valuable asset to the Country and all possible steps would be taken for their good.
He added the Chairman NADRA said that centres abroad that were closed down in the previous period, the facility is restored for compatriots. And the organisation would expand its operations to overseas Pakistanis.
The federal minister was briefed that the main branches of NADRA Offices in Pakistan now have dedicated counters for overseas Pakistanis to provide the facilitation and technical support.
The Chairman NADRA Muhammad Tariq Malik ensured the Federal minister for overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development of his full support during the meeting.
A follow-up meeting in this regard would be held the next week.
