MUZAFFARABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday reached Muzaffarabad to attend the 53rd budget session of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Council.
The prime minister was accompanied by Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Barjees Tahir, Federal Commerce Minister Khurram Dastagir and Senator Pervaiz Rasheed.
During his visit, the prime minister will review various development schemes and projects of Azad Kashmir. He will also meet members of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly.
Meanwhile, the prime minister administered oath to two newly-elected members of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
The members including Abdul Khaliq Wasi and Chaudhry Muhammad Siddiq took oath of their office at the 53rd budget session of AJK Council.
The AJK President Masood Khan was also present on the occasion.
Earlier, Fateh was offered for the martyrs of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
