ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Minister for Climate Change Mushahidullah Khan and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Mushahidullah Khan on Saturday said former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had put the country on path of development and prosperity in four years.
Talking to the state-run Television Channel in Islamabad, Mushahidullah Khan said huge number of people warmly welcomed Nawaz Sharif in every city during his journey from Islamabad to Lahore via Grand Trunk (GT) road.
The minister said Nawaz Sharif had served the Country and introduced reforms in many sectors that was why people were expressing love for him.
Mushahidullah Khan said the PML-N government launched several power projects which reduced electricity load-shedding in the country, adding that metro bus was providing best transport facilities to commuters.
The PML-N leader said with the steps taken by the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, terrorism incidents were reduced and peace was restored in Karachi and Balochistan.
