General Verdict:
OPPO has recently launched their budget phone Neo 5s in Pakistan with a tremendous sales turn over, as claimed by the officials of OPPO. OPPO NEO 5S is a budget phone which costs around 19,990 rupees. Neo 5s has a lot of potential to capture the low end Pakistani market.
Performance Based Verdict:
The Neo 5s  comes with an MT6582 SoC inside, which relies on a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor and a dual-core Mali-400MP2 GPU. The “s” in the Neo 5s apparently stands for Snapdragon, as this model is packing the S410 with a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 processor and Adreno 306 GPU along with 1 GB Ram and 8 GB Internal Memory. With all the great Specifications OPPO Neo 5s doesn’t disappoint you when it comes to speed or performance.
Camera:
Neo 5s comes up with f/2.2 lens with different shooting modes by Default. The modes includes Beauty Shot, HDR, Expert shot etc. The Secondary  camera is 2mp which would have been better keeping the motive behind the launch of budget phone. Overall the Camera is not that good as it could have been. The shots will be shared soon.
Body:
The made is good and the device looks like a charm keeping the price in mind that they have given a shining device just for 19,990 rupees but there would be a problem for right handed people as the power button has been placed on the left side of the phone. Apart from power button issue, there is also a major Flaw in the production line of Neo 5s and that is the Panel Lights. There are no Panel Lights in  OPPO Neo 5s which makes it harder for a user to press panel buttons (Home, Back)
Operating System and Memory Card:
Neo 5s comes with 4.4.2 Kitkat version of android but it will be upgraded to Lollipop soon. The memory card is supported up to 32 GB.
Network:
Neo 5s is the only stable budget phone which supports 4G LTE service in Pakistan.
Final Verdict:
OPPO New 5s is an incredible piece of tech, and also have some flaws but it is a good replacement to Samsung Grand Prime if the price is concerned.
