BEIJING, China: The Chinese assistant foreign minister Liu Jianchao has said that China will continue to maintain strategic partnership with Pakistan in all evolving situations.
In a meeting with a Pakistani delegation led by the parliamentary secretary on finance affairs Rana Muhammad Afzal in Beijing, Liu Jianchao further said that Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a visit to Pakistan soon on agreed dates.
Liu Jianchao said that the Chinese leadership is also eager to receive Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in his upcoming visit to China.
The assistant foreign minister said that the two countries will sign important agreements during the visit to further enhance bilateral cooperation in diverse fields.
