ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation with the Afghan President Hamid Karzai amid military operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ against the militants in North Waziristan tribal region.
During the conversation, both sides discussed the security situation in the region.
The prime minister sought the Afghan leaderships’ cooperation to seal the border to check escape of terrorists into Afghanistan.
