PUEBLA, Mexico: The Embassy of Pakistan in Mexico organized a hybrid (in person and virtual) Conference titled ‘Protection of Human Rights and the Current Situation in Kashmir’ on March 12, 2022 in the City of Puebla.

The Conference was organized in coordination with ECOS Diplomaticos magazine, the Institute of Legal Sciences of Puebla, and the Citizens Commission for Democracy and Human Rights of Puebla.

In the event, the Speakers highlighted the gross violations of human rights in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), with special focus on women, youth and children.

The Conference was attended by human rights activists, media persons, lawyers, students, and important personalities from Puebla.

In addition to Pakistan’s Ambassador to Mexico Najeeb Durrani, the Conference was attended by the Director General of the Institute of Legal Sciences of Puebla Dr. Julian German Molina Carrillo, President of the Citizens Commission for Democracy and Human Rights of Puebla Dr. Monica Roldan Reyes, President of ECOS Diplomaticos magazine Dr. Jean Louis Bingna, and President of TUUNICH Group and International Capacity Builder for Restorative Justice Dr. Mariela Eden Gomez Flores.
