ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan has extended felicitation to Sri Lanka on its 75th Independence Day.
Meanwhile, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar attended the Sri Lanka’s 75th Independence Day Ceremony at the Galle Face Green in Colombo as a Guest of Honour on Saturday.

On the sidelines of Sri Lanka independence festivities, the Minister of State held a meeting with the Bangladeshi Minister of Foreign Affairs AK Abdul Momen in Colombo .
During her meeting with AK Abdul Momen, they discussed mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in diverse fields especially in economy and trade.
The minister of state expressed satisfaction over the fact that commercial relations between the two Countries are gaining momentum.
Hina Rabbani Khar underscored the need for bolstering economic, trade and investment linkages, and enhancing tourism and people-to-people contacts.
