KARACHI: Pakistan’s overall liquid foreign exchange reserves increased slightly to $11.624 billion in a week from $11.433 billion last week, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported on Thursday.
In a statement, the central bank said that reserves held by the State Bank stood at $6.565 billion compared with $6.383 billion a week earlier.
The reserves held by commercial banks stood at $5.059 billion in the week ending May 24, 2013 compared with $5.050 billion a week earlier.
