Pakistan vs England First Test
Pakistani Openers Abdullah Shafique and Imam Ul Haq fell shorts of just eight runs on Saturday to equal the 233-run Opening Partnership of England’s Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett in their first innings – PTV Sports Live.
In the morning, Pakistan resumed their first innings at overnight score of 181 for 0 in the first Test against England at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Both Abdullah Shafique and Imam Ul Haq were batting on 89 and 90 runs respectively when bails were lifted in fading light on Friday evening.
Abdullah Shafique struck his third Test Century and the second at the venue before he got out on 114.
His partner Imam Ul Haq also scored his third Test Century and later he was caught at long on off Jack Leach’s balls on 121. All his Test Hundreds came at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.

The following batsman Azhar Ali also fell victim to Jack Leach after scoring 27 runs.
At lunch, Pakistan’s score was 298 for 3, trailing by 359 runs. Babar Azam was at the crease on 28 joined by the debutant Saud Shakeel who had yet to open his account.
England scored 657 in first innings
In their first innings, England were bowled out for 657. Their four batsmen Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope and Harry Brook smashed Centuries.
For Pakistan, the debutant Zahid Mahmood picked up 4 wickets by conceding 235 runs in his 33 overs.
