ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan’s trade deficit of US$ 164 million with Italy has turned into a trade surplus of US$ 210 million in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20, according to the Prime Minister’s Adviser on Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood.

In a Twitter statement on Friday, the adviser said that it occurred despite the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain disruptions.

Abdul Razak Dawood said that our exporters, the Ministry of Commerce and its Officials at Pakistan Embassy in Rome must be appreciated for their efforts.
