ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Islamabad administration has chalked out a plan to abolish the notorious Patwari Culture from the Federal Capital.
In a Tweet, the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat said that the entire Patwari system in the Federal Capital will be digitalized with latest technology soon.
Hamza Shafqaat said that the Chief Commissioner Islamabad Amir Ali Ahmed has issued directives to bring reforms on a large scale.

Meanwhile, as per the order of Inspector General Police (IG) Islamabad Mohammad Amir Zulfiqar, a grand operation continues against land mafia.
The Islamabad police conducted an operation against land mafia in the area of Noon Police Station and apprehended hundreds of people.
The police also seized a large quantity of illegal weapons from their possession.
Separately, an operation against beggars and an anti-encroachment campaign is also underway in Islamabad.
Earlier on Sunday, the Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Khan Afridi also inspected the anti-encroachment drive at Tarnol area.
Shahryar Afridi said that rule of law will not be compromised at any cost. He said that no one is above the law and promises made with the public will be fulfilled.
