ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan will celebrate Eid-Ul-Azha holidays at the PM’s Colony in Islamabad, sources said on Tuesday.

Sources said that the prime minister will also offer Eid prayer in the PM house.

Eid-Ul-Azha will be celebrated across Pakistan on Wednesday. It would be Imran Khan’s first Eid after he assumed the Office of the Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, Eid-Ul-Azha is being celebrated in Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Gulf Countries, Afghanistan and other Countries today.

In Saudi Arabia, major Eid congregations were held in Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabvi.

Millions of Hujjaj (pilgrims), who spent the whole night in the open sky offering prayers in Muzdalfa, are reaching Mina where they will perform stoning at Jamarat Al-Aqba.

After stoning, Hujjaj will sacrifice animals, shave their heads and then leave for Makkah to perform Tawaf Al-Ifada and Sai’, two other pillars of Hajj.

In the remaining days of Hajj, pilgrims will perform the only ritual of stoning at each of the three Jamarat in Mina.

Earlier, in Maidan-e-Arafat, chanting “Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik” around two million pilgrims supplicated atonement of their sins before Allah.
