ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Upon completion of his Saudi Arabia’s visit, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will reach the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday.
In the UAE, the prime minister will meet the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
In the meeting, both leaders will discuss matters of mutual interest including Pakistan-UAE bilateral issues.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif accompanied by a high-level delegation reached the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on April 28 for a three-day visit on the invitation of the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
The prime minister held a meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman in Jeddah and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.
Earlier in a Twitter statement, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that it was a great meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince.
“We reaffirmed our commitment to taking Pakistan-Saudi ties to a new & higher level,” he said.
The prime minister said that I admired Prince Mohammad Bin Salman’s visionary leadership and thanked him for according us a warm welcome & for always standing with Pakistan.
“We also discussed ways & means to further strengthen our bilateral relationship in all areas,” he told.
In Saudi Arabia, Shahbaz Sharif also performed Umrah in Makkah & offered Friday prayers at Masjid-e-Nabvi (SAWW) in Madina and prayed for the peace and progress of Pakistan and the entire Muslim Ummah.
