SUKKUR, Pakistan: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday unveiled the plaque of the 306-kilometer Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway (M-6).

In his address at the groundbreaking, the prime minister said that the M-6 Motorway project will be completed in 30 and after its completion, the connectivity of North with South to be completed.

The prime minister said that the coalition government is working to promote the Public-Private Partnership for development projects to accelerate economic growth in the Country.

Shahbaz Sharif said that the government is committed to bring development and prosperity in all deprived areas of the Country including Balochistan and Sindh.

Regarding rehabilitation work for flood-affected people, the prime minister reiterated his resolve to utilize all available resources for this purpose.

The prime minister said that the Gwadar Port project will also be operationalized soon as development of the Country is incomplete without progress in Balochistan.

While addressing the Ceremony, the Federal Minister for Communication and Postal Service Maulana Asad Mehmood said that the recent floods have wreak havoc in Sindh province badly damaged the roads infrastructure of the province.

Therefore, rehabilitation of roads is priority of the government to facilitate people’s travel from one place to another.
