QUETTA: Police has foiled a potential terrorist attack by seizing an explosive-laden auto rickshaw in Quetta, the capital of the restive Balochistan province.
Police said that they became suspicious of the rickshaw that had been parked near petrol pump in Hazar Gunji area near Western bypass and immediately called Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) which detected heavy explosives in the vehicle.
Later, the BDS team defused 200 kilograms of explosives.
