ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The federal government has decided not to change the prices of petroleum products for the month of August.
The media reports said on Monday that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif rejected the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority’s (OGRA) summary of increasing the prices of petroleum products and directed to maintain the prices at the existing level during the month of August.
The government will give subsidy of Rs1.36 billion to maintain the prices at the existing level.
