ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb on Monday said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government was showing negligence and usurping the rights of people of the province by not presenting the budget.

Talking to media persons in Islamabad, the minister said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government lacked the capacity to present the budget for next fiscal year.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)-led federal government would present the budget as per regulations.

The information minister also said horse trading should have been condemned, adding the Chairman PTI Imran Khan should have told them that who had directed him not to cast vote in the Parliament.

The minister said those who had sold their votes couldn’t make their place in any democratic party. She said PTI’s Chaudhry Sarwar must be asked as how he had bagged 44 votes in Punjab?

The state minister also said institutions couldn’t give results until they were completely active.

In addition, she said appointment of heads of institutions working under the Ministry of Information would be held soon.
