In the Second Eliminator of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023, the Defending Champions Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi will meet at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Friday – PTV Sports Live.
The match will begin at 07:00 pm as per Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

Earlier, in the Pre-Knockout Stage, the two teams met twice on February 26 and March 07.
In the first encounter held on February 26 in Lahore, Qalandars bagged a 40-run victory whereas Zalmi settled the score by securing a 35 runs win at Pindi Cricket Stadium on March 07.

Lahore Qalandars had topped the Points Table of PSL 8 while Peshawar Zalmi ended up at fourth place. However, the former lost to Multan Sultans in the Qualifier.
Peshawar Zalmi defeated Islamabad United in the first Eliminator by 12 runs to stay alive in the tournament.
The winner of Eliminator 2 will face Multan Sultans in the Final of HBL PSL 8 at Lahore on Saturday.
Last night, United won the toss and elected to field first. Batting first, Zalmi put 183 runs on the board in 20 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. The Captain Babar Azam scored 64 runs off 39 balls.
In reply, Islamabad United were cruising to an easy win as they had scored 128 runs in 14 overs with 9 wickets in hand. However, the wicket of Sohaib Maqsood by Aamer Jamal turned the game in favour of Zalmi and in the end, United fell short of 12 runs.
Islamabad United managed to score 171 runs though they still had 4 wickets remaining. For Zalmi, Aamer Jamal and Salman Irshad picked up 2 wickets each.
