LAHORE: Speaker Rana Muhammad Iqbal on Tuesday advised Governor Makhdoom Ahmed Mahmud to convene Punjab Assembly’s session on May 29.
According to sources, law ministry has already forwarded a summary to Punjab Chief Minister Najam Sethi.
The caretaker CM, after signing the summary, will forward it to the Punjab Governor.
Newly-elected members of the Punjab Assembly will be administered oath in the session, in which Speaker and Deputy Speaker will also be elected.
