The Punjab government has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in the form of a “grant” towards the cost of Transformation in Access, Learning, Equity and Education Management. (TALEEM), the Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit-Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme (PMIU-PESRP) is the Secretariat (implementing / executing agency).
In order to strengthen & improve access to inclusive and quality education in the Punjab province, the PMIU is implementing this five-year program comprising of five components.
For proper implementation of the TALEEM, various experts having relevant qualification and experience are required to be hired for ‘Data Center’.
The PMIU-PESRP has now invited eligible individual candidates (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
The Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required capacity, qualification and relevant experience to perform the Services.

- All the relevant documents i.e. copies of degrees and experience certificates invariably be attached with Expression of Interest (EoI).
- Under this program, the Individual Consultants will be hired initially under PPRA Rules for a period of one year which may be extended on satisfactory performance till project period.
