LAHORE, Pakistan: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led Punjab government has decided to initiate an operation against land grabbers across the province.

Sources said that the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has released the details of the occupied land in various schemes. They said that details of occupied land stretching over 600 Canal have been released.

Operation against land grabbers already underway in Islamabad

It is worth mentioning here that an operation against encroachments and land grabbers is already underway in the Federal Capital, and which is being supervised directly by the State Minister for Interior Shehryar Khan Afridi.

Meanwhile, the Members of the Punjab Assembly from Sahiwal Division met the Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar in Lahore day, and discussed the developmental works and immediate resolution of problems faced by the public.

Talking to the delegation, the Chief Minister said that a complaint cell will be established in the CM Office soon to resolve public issues.

Usman Buzdar said that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s 100 days agenda will raise the standard of living of 22 million people.

“I will continue the process of holding the meetings and consultations with members of the assembly,” Usman Buzdar said.

The provincial assembly members also presented recommendations for the resolution of public issues to the Punjab Chief Minister.
